Please refer to our videographers listed on our team page. The videographer for your event will be chosen based on your preferences and our availabilities. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting the videographer that you want.
We have taken videos all over Canada; hotels, legion halls, small town rinks, etc. We are confident that we can capture the atmosphere of your venue in a way that will make your video stand out.
Without a doubt we’ll provide the direction needed to capture the perfect video! It isn’t always enough to be “just candid”. Some people love being on video camera, while others don’t. We want to help everyone feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. In addition, our videographers are experienced at making everyone feel welcomed.
Although we mostly use natural light, there are times when lighting can help us achieve the perfect look.
Another videographer is placed on every event at no extra cost. They will take over the event and shoot the video on behalf of the original videographer. We’ll also send a back up videographer who will be kept in the loop at all times and will understand the intricacies of your event.
Video Kings requires a 50% deposit with a signed agreement to secure our services on your date.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 3 months in prior to your video shoot. If the event is cancelled less than 90 days before your video shoot, the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes of course. We always send out an online planning form to each client where we cover every detail about your video shoot. Let us know about any special requests you have and we’ll make sure to accommodate them!
