To secure our Ottawa wedding photography services for your date, Video Kings requires a 50% deposit along with a signed agreement.
Your deposit is totally reimbursable up to 3 months before your event date. If the occasion is cancelled within 90 days of the shoot, though, then the deposit would be non-refundable. However, we can no charge reschedule your event.
Our diligent team will listen to your vision, plan out and guide you through the entire photography process. You’ll have an event manager, photographers who’ll capture your project, as well as a professional editing team that crafts your photo. To ensure everything is taken into account, we always send out an online planning form for each client. Any special requests? Just let us know; we’re more than happy to accommodate them!
